Reporting

This section allows you to view all the various groups of reporting.

The following reports are available:

Customer reports
Service reports
Invoice reports
Radius reports
Payment reports

Starting with the customer reports

Customer value

Once selected you will view the graph indicating each customer's value, with their value amount listed below the graph. This will have both the total invoiced amount as well as the total paid amount.

If available, on various reporting options you are also able to filter all dates by using the following steps:

Customer earnings

Once selected you will view the graph indicating each customer's earnings. This will display a graph as well as amounts for total payments received by each customer.

New customers

This section allows you to view all new customers. You are able to use the filter date to select the date range of new customers you would like to view.

The filter range, which is the date range you select
Customer ID
Customer name
Phone number
Email
Date joined
Balance
Status (enabled or disabled)
