Create New Invoice
Creating New Invoices:
In order to create a new invoice, you need to create a quote for the customer. Following these steps, once complete, you can click the "create a new invoice".
First step: Select the customer you would like to create the quote for.
The following will be displayed: The billing information will indicate:
- When the quote is created.
- Who created the quote.
- Customer the quote is for, with their address and telephone number.
The Quote information will indicate:
The next step would be to +New Item for the quote items by using the drop-down box
Once you have selected your Product, you will be able to edit the following information:
- Set up price
- Monthly price
Depending on the product selected - you would need to enter the service settings for that particular service in the username/password
Once you have completed this click "Add Item"
Once you have added your item, the item will be displayed in the Quote Items, with an option to remove or add further quote items. Below this, you are able to add new notes about the Quote.
Once you have completed this step. The quote information at the top of the page will be displayed, with the following options available:
- Send Quote
- Download PDF
- Create Invoice
Clicking Create Invoice will populate the new invoice.
