Manage Customers

Manage Customers:

In this section, you will be able to view, edit, and either email or text message your customers.

The following information about your customer will be visible in this section:

  • Customer ID
  • Customer name
  • Customer phone number
  • Customer email address
  • The date the customer joined 
  • Customer balance
  • Customer services
  • Tags you have added about the customer
  • The status of the customer

You will be able to filter through the information in the top right corner by using this box: 

If you would like to edit multiple customers simultaneously, click the boxes on the left side of the customer's names.  Once you have selected the customer(s), you will be able to do the following:

  • Enable
  • Disable
  • Delete
  • Edit
  • Send an Email
  • Send a Text

You can do any of the above options for the selected customer(s) using this "Edit box" above the customer list, or by using the icons next to each customer.

You are able to export your customer list CSV file in this section, as well as add a new customer.

To add more details to your customers' information by clicking the edit customer icon 

Once you have clicked this icon, you will go to the customers' full information: 


Basic customer details:

  • Registered date
  • Services
  • Account Balance
  • Invoices

This section has the following:

  • View or add customer notes
  • View or add additional contacts
  • View all customer services
  • View invoices (and add new quotes)
  • View payments
  • View and add quotes
  • View and add tags
  • Custom FX rates
  • View and add customer credits
  • View and edit basic customer details - (you are able to optionally assign the customer to a reseller)
  • Billing settings (with an option to not suspend customer for late payment
  • Customer location
